Phnom Penh, 13 May 2015 – H.E  Minister Prak Sokhonn visited the construction site of the new MPTC located on Monivong Boulevard, in between the Phnom Penh Municipality and the University of Health Sciences.

On this occasion, the Minister also took the time to visit the construction site of the National Institute of Posts, Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technology (NIPTICT) located in Ktor Village, Sangkat Prek Leab, Khan Chroy Changva, Phnom Penh.

A representative of the contractor informed the Minister that after commencing on 20 August 2014, construction is now 50% completed.

“The construction of NIPTICT will be fully completed by the end of 2015,” he assured His Excellency.
H.E  Minister Prak Sokhonn urged the contractor to pay close attention to the quality and standards of the construction on both the MPTC and the NIPTICT, and to ensure they were completed on schedule.
